体视显微镜法测定糯高粱种皮厚度(99)

本研究用固态和液态冷镶嵌料凝固高粱颗粒样品，经抛磨机研磨和抛光处理后，在体视显微镜下进行观察，利用电脑测量软件对我公司酱香型白酒生产所用的糯高粱种皮厚度进行了测量，并考察了其精密度和准确度。分析结果表明，相对标准偏差为2.62 %～4.81 %，能满足高粱种皮厚度分析的精密度和准确性要求。 |

In this study, solid/liquid cold-inlaid solidification of sorghum grain samples was performed. After grinding and polishing, the samples were observed under stereomicroscope. The testa thickness of glutinous sorghum used in our distillery was measured by measuring software, and the measurement precision and accuracy was explored. The results suggested that the RSD was 2.62 % to 4.81 % and the precision and the accuracy of the measurement could meet the corresponding requirements. (Trans. by YUE Yang) |
