        白酒蒸馏过程中,多采用独立双甑桶、三联体转盘活甑桶等蒸馏设备,仍然存在操作时间长、出甑劳动量大等问题。针对生产实际情况,本文分析与探讨了一种四联体转盘活甑桶及其配套装置,四联体转盘活甑桶主要包括在地面开设的沉槽,沉槽槽口处开有台阶面,台阶面上设有圆形的支撑地轨,沉槽中心处设有回转支撑台,回转支撑台上转动安装有转盘体,转盘体上安装有甑筒,回转支撑台侧面安装有驱动机构,驱动机构与转盘体通过齿轮传动连接,甑筒内安装有底锅。该四联体转盘活甑桶的安装与应用,并配套使用甑盖启盖装置、打闷浆水装置等,有利于提高固态发酵酒醅蒸馏、粮食蒸煮等的效率,并能充分利用行车进行快速出甑,降低了酿酒蒸馏及蒸料的劳动强度,提高了设备操作安全性。       |

    In the process of liquor distillation, we usually use distillation equipment such as independent double pot still and triple rotary pot still etc., which have the disadvantages including long operating time and high labor intensity. In this study, we designed a quadruple rotary pot still and its supporting devices. The quadruple rotary pot still mainly includes a sink opened on the ground, a terrace at the sink mouth, and a circular support rail on the step surface; at the center of the sink, there is a rotary support platform with a rotating bucket installed on the turntable body, and a driving device is installed on the side of the rotary support platform, and the driving device and the turntable body are connected by gear transmission; there is a bottom pot installed in the bucket. The installation and application of the quadruple rotating pot still, and the use of a cover lifting device and a water spraying device etc. are helpful for improving the efficiency of the distillation and the steaming of grains. And the full use of the driving vehicle could reduce the labor intensity and improve the safety of equipment operation.       |
