首乌地黄酒制备工艺的优化(101)

摘要 为优化首乌地黄酒的制备工艺,采用正交实验设计,以游离蒽醌含量、总固体含量的综合评分为指标,考察乙醇体积分数、料液比和提取时间对提取效果的影响。结果表明,优选的提取工艺为乙醇60 %vol,料液比为1∶8,提取时间30 d。优选的提取工艺合理可行,首乌地黄酒各项指标符合药典规定,工艺重复性好。

英文摘要 The production process of Fallopia multiflora & Rehmannia glutinosa liqueur was optimized by orthogonal design. The effects of ethanol volume fraction, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on the extraction were investigated with the comprehensive scores of the content of free anthraquinones and total solids as the indicators. The optimum extraction parameters were summed up as follows: the volume fraction of ethanol was 60 %, solid-liquid ratio was 1∶8, and the extraction time was 30 d. The optimized technologies were stable and feasible, each index of the liqueur was in accord with China Pharmacopeia 2015, and the technology had good repeatability.
